30-day holds are placed for all online shopping transactions made on the FlipGive Shop App to account for returns and exchanges.

  • Earnings with a Pending status are not included in Payout requests. Once the 30-day hold clears, the funds will become available for withdrawal.

  • Earnings with a Pending status cannot be transferred from a Personal Account to a Team. Once the 30-day hold clears, the funds will become available to transfer.

Cashback earnings for Travel/Hotel are generally issued 2 weeks after your completed stay. If your team closes before the cashback is issued, it will get issued to your Personal Account.

**The 30-day holding period for all online shopping on the FlipGive Shop App is extended to 45 days during the Holiday season for any online transactions made between November 1st and December 31st.
