14-day holds are placed for all transactions made on FlipGive to account for returns and exchanges that may occur after a purchase has been made.

The 14-day holding period will need to pass in order for:

  • Pending funds to be released to the withdrawal amount

  • Transferring funds from a Personal Account to a Team

Cashback earnings for Travel/Hotel generally give back 2 weeks after your completed stay. If your team closes before the cashback is issued, it will get issued to your Personal Account.

**This holding period is extended to 30-60 days during the Holiday season from November 1st-February 29th
