Personal Accounts are a great way to earn money during the off-season when your team's season hasn't started or you're coming off of a closed team. It's also a great way to get a head start and continue earning until the next season. Funds that are earned in a Personal Account can be transferred to any active team. If you do not have one, you can create a new team at any time."
If you are earning for both your personal account and a team simultaneously, please make sure that you are on your Personal Account before proceeding to the next steps. This will ensure that any earnings are reflected in your personal account instead of in your team's account.
Personal Account > Accessing your funds
Access your Team Dashboard page by clicking on your team name at the top left corner)
Select Switch Team.
On the Switch Team pop-up, select your Personal Account. Next, you'll receive this prompt to confirm you'd like to continue onto your Personal Account.
How to transfer funds earned on your P.A to a team:
Once you're on the home page of your P.A, click on your name at the top left corner
Next, click on the Payouts tab
You can view a breakdown of the funds available for transfer on the Payouts tab. This section also provides a historical overview of any previous transfers you've made from your P.A to a team.
*Pending funds are not yet available for transfer. All earned funds have a 2-week clearing period. Once this clears, you'll see that amount under 'Funds Available to Transfer'.
When you're ready to transfer, click on Transfer Funds.
5. Next, choose the team to which you want to transfer the funds and click on Transfer $X.XX. If you don't have an active team, you can either create a new team or join an existing one. If you don't complete either of these options, you won't be able to transfer the funds earned on a Personal Account.

Funds from Personal Accounts cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be transferred to another team to request a payout.
What are Pending Funds, and when will they become available to transfer?
Please note that funds marked as PENDING cannot be transferred immediately. All transactions made through FlipGive for online shopping have a 30-day hold period for the funds. This holding period allows for any potential refunds or returns to be processed. Once the funds have cleared, they will be available for transfer.
Can I transfer a portion of the funds earned on my PA instead of its entirety?
No, you cannot transfer portions of your funds, transfers can only be made in their entirety. This means, that if you have $20 in your Personal Funds, you cannot transfer only $15 of the $20, the entire amount of $20 must be transferred.
