Let's trouble shoot some simple steps before diving into why your cash back may not be posting:  

  1. Make sure any ad-blocker software is turned off before you make a purchase!
  2. It can take up to 48 hours for the earnings from a purchase to be posted to your Team page.

It's been more than 48 hours, what now?

Please go under 'My Activity' located in the menu in the top right corner. 

This page records all the 'intents' (time stamped visits) to the various retailers from your FlipGive account. From here, find the intent that best matches the time of your transaction, and click the 'Claim' button.

You will be prompted to complete the steps to file a missing claim. Please have a copy of your Order Confirmation E-mail on hand before you begin as you will need to send this in. 

Once we receive your claim, we'll look into why the credit was not applied on our end and do everything possible to get you this credit. We know you worked hard to earn every bit of it.

What if I used a promotional code?

Promotional codes not advertised on FlipGive will void the cash back.
