It can take up to 48 hours for the earnings from a purchase to be posted to your Team from most retailers. There are some exceptions: travel, accommodation, and reservation-related transactions will post two weeks after your reservation or stay has been completed, while some retailers will only post after orders have been delivered. You can find a retailer's expected post-back time by looking under the 'Shop Now' button when you click a Shop Online link.
It's been more than 48 hours, what now?
If you have waited the appropriate amount of time and still do not see cash back for your order, our team will need to review the details of your order to ensure eligibility. This situation typically occurs when a retailer fails to report your sale back to FlipGive.
To assist you, we can investigate by examining the details in your order confirmation email from the retailer. Please submit a 'Claim' from your Shopping Trips page to initiate this process. For more information on how to submit a claim, click here.
