Let's trouble shoot some simple steps before diving into why your cash back may not be posting:
Make sure any ad-blocker software is turned off before you make a purchase!
It can take up to 48 hours for the earnings from a purchase to be posted to your Team page from most retailers. There are some exceptions: travel related purchases only post two weeks after you stay has been completed, and some retailers will only post after delivery. You can find a retailer's expected post back time by looking under the 'Shop Now' button when you click a retailer's link.
It's been more than 48 hours, what now?
If you have waited for the appropriate amount of time, and still do not see cash back from your order, the cash may have gone missing. This typically happen when a retailer does not report your sale back to FlipGive.
We can help you investigate as long as we get your full order details. You can send that to the FlipGive Support team through a missing claim. Details on how to submit a claim can be found in this article here.
