No, there is no minimum balance required to transfer funds from a Personal Account to a Team. However the same 30-day hold period for online shopping (pending funds) applies before funds on your Personal Account can be transferred - this is to account for returns, etc. The hold period for online shopping transactions is extended from 30 to 60 days for any purchases made between Nov 1st and January 31st.
