You may have forgotten your password if you're logging in with your email. This happens more often than you think! No worries, we have your back. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. We'll send you a link to reset your password. Click on the 'Forgot my password?' above the Log In button.

Next, simply enter the email address associated with the account you're trying to log into and we will send you an e-mail containing a link to reset your new password. You'll only receive an email if you have the entered email is associated with an existing account on FlipGive.

*Be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders

What happens if I don't get an email?

The email you're sending the 'Forgot Your Password' to may not be the one you signed up with on FlipGive. If you don't receive this email, you might be using the wrong login email, or there might have been a typo when you first set up your account.
