When visits to stores through FlipGive are not recorded in our system, we are unable to submit an inquiry report with the retailer. For cash backs to be eligible, all purchases must be linked to FlipGive. As such, this purchase is not eligible for cash back.

To view all the visits you've made to retailers through FlipGive, you can review your My Activity page found on your Account menu on the top right hand side of your screen. This is a great point of reference for tracking your visits to any cash backs you don't see!
