I can't find my visit on my Shopping Trips page
When visits to stores through FlipGive haven't been tracked in our system, we are unable to submit an inquiry report with the retailer. For cash backs to be eligible, all purchases must be linked to FlipGive. Any transactions made from visits that are not on your Shopping Trips page are not eligible for cashback.
To view all the visits you've made to brand sites through FlipGive, you can review your My Shopping Trips page found under the My Account menu located on the top right corner of your FlipGive page. Consider this a browser history for all the brands you've visited for all your FlipGive teams and Personal Account.
When you're just starting out to use FlipGive, we know that you can sometimes forget to use FlipGive. If you shop mostly on your desktop web, we encourage you to install FlipGive Max, an extension tool that sits on your browser and signals reminders on participating stores!
