Personal Accounts are a great way to during the off-season when your season hasn't started or you're coming off of a closed team. It's also a great way to get a head start and continue earning until the next season. Funds that are earned on a P.A can be transferred to any active team, if you do not have one you can create a new team at any time.

If you are earning towards both your P.A and a team at the same time, please ensure you are on your Personal Account before proceeding to the next steps. This is to ensure any earnings will be reflected here instead of on your team.

Here's how:

  1. From your Team Settings page (click on your team name at the top left corner), select Switch Team.

  2. Next, under the Personal Account section click on your name to activate.

Great! Now that you're on your Personal Account here's how to transfer funds to a team:

  1. Click on the Funds tab, then on Transfer Funds

2. Select an active team and click on Transfer $X.XX. If you don't see any teams listed you'll need to join or create one first.

That's all there is to it! You can do this as many times as you need whenever you want.

Other FAQ's

I want to request a payout directly from my personal account without having to transfer it to a team.

Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from Personal Accounts. They must be transferred out to another team in order to request a payout.

What are Pending Funds, and when will they become available to transfer?

Funds that are PENDING cannot immediately be transferred. All transactions from online shopping through FlipGive have a 30-day hold period in which the funds are held. This is to account for any refunds/returns. Once the funds have cleared, those funds will become available to transfer.

Can I transfer a portion of the funds earned on my PA instead of its entirety?

No, you cannot transfer portions of your funds, transfers can only be made in their entirety. This means, that if you have $20 in your Personal Funds, you cannot transfer only $15 of the $20, the entire amount of $20 must be transferred.
