What happens if I return items from my online shopping order?

If you've returned an item from an online purchase and the earnings are still pending, those earnings will be removed from the transaction (either for the full purchase, or the returned portion of your purchase) and will not be paid to your organization. 

Earnings are no longer considered pending 45 days after your transaction, and can take up to 90 days to be paid to your organization.
