Missing eGift card orders

Please Note: eGift cards purchased prior to 6/24/26 can be found in your account Wallet under the Legacy Gift Cards tab. eGift cards purchased on or after 6/24/26 can be found under the My Gift Cards tab.

eGift cards are generally automatically delivered to your Wallet within seconds of completing your purchase. In some cases, an eGift card may take a few minutes to appear in your Wallet. If you don’t see an eGift card you just purchased in your Wallet, try refreshing it after a few minutes, or closing and re-launching the app.

If your eGift card is still missing, visit Account > Order History > Gift Cards to see if your order is pending.

You will also receive an email confirming your order or explaining why it may your eGift is not available for use. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our Customer Support team.
