How to update my notification preferences

Email Notifications

To opt in or out of email notifications from FlipGive, log in to your account and navigate to Account > Settings > Notifications. 

If you're on the FlipGive app, select the Email tab. 

Update your email preferences by checking the boxes (on web) or adjusting the toggles (on app) next to each type of marketing email. 

Push Notifications

To opt in or out of push notifications from FlipGive, log in to the FlipGive app on your mobile device and navigate to Account > Settings > Notifications. 

Tap the Mobile Push tab.

Adjust the toggles next to the type of message to update your preferences.

If you're opting in to receive push notifications, your device may prompt you for permission to send notifications to your phone. If prompted, tap Allow.
