How to reconcile EFT deposits with earnings from participant orders

How to verify your payout amount

Follow these steps to match your deposit amount to the total expected earnings included in the payout:  

  1. Log in to your Coordinator Dashboard on FlipGive.com (from a desktop device) and navigate to Reports > All Reports.
  2. Select the Monthly Deposit Slip report.
  3. On the Reports Selection page, set both the Report Begin and End Dates for the date your payout was processed. (For the August 2026 payout, set both dates for August 3).
  4. Choose an output format, then select Run Report.
  5. Confirm that the total expected earnings deposit (found at the bottom of the report) matches your deposit amount.
  6. Important: Note the dates for the earliest transaction on your report, and the latest earnings transaction. This will be your date range used for running additional reports, as outlined below.

How to view all orders included in the payout

Follow these steps to see the individual participant orders that were included in the payout:

  1. Run the Order History by Participant report.
  2. Enter your Report Begin and End Dates (use the earliest and latest transaction dates as found in your Monthly Deposit Slip report. 
  3. Apply filters for Payment Type and Product Type. (To see all orders, select All Orders and All Products).
  4. Confirm that your organization's deposit from the Monthly Deposit Slip report matches the expected earnings amount in the Order History by Participant report.

Please note: The Earned Date listed for online earnings represents the date the earnings were received, and does not reflect the date the transaction took place.

How to see total earnings per participant for a payout

Follow these steps to see total earnings for each participant included in the payout:

  1. Run the Earnings Summary by Participant report.
  2. On the Reports Selection page, enter your Report Begin and End Dates (use the earliest and latest transaction dates as noted from the Monthly Deposit Slip report). 
  3. Select an output format (.CSV is recommended) and click Run Report.
