How to change or reset my username or password

On FlipGive.com:

On a web browser, visit login.flipgive.com and select Forgot my username or Reset my password, then follow the prompts.

On the FlipGive app:

On your mobile device, launch the FlipGive app and on the sign-in page, select Forgot my username or password, then follow the prompts.

Once logged in to your account, you can update your password at any time by visiting Account > Settings > Security (on web) or Account > Settings > Change Password (on the mobile app).
