As of May 1st, FlipGive will be ending the partnership with Figg, a third-party partner who provides our linked payment card offers. As a result, in-store offers will no longer be available on the FlipGive Shop app or website.
We understand that this is disappointing news for many, as in-store earnings are a feature that is loved by many teams. We’re committed to finding a new partner who can provide this service for FlipGivers in the future. In the meantime, you can still earn for your team by shopping online and buying gift cards!

What happens with my card information?
As of May 1st, any linked payment card will be removed from the FlipGive in-store program. Card numbers will be purged from Figg’s system.
Are there other ways to earn in-store?
Gift cards remain a fan favorite - most of our eGift Card offerings are redeemable in-store for shopping, meals, and more. See the individual terms of the card for full details.

What happens with the in-store offers I activated before May 1st?
Any eligible cashback that you’ve received through in-store offers before May 1st will still be credited to your team. If you haven't received cashback for transactions from the card-linked program for purchases made before May 1st, please contact [email protected] and we’ll work with you to review the eligibility of your transactions.
