Here's how to leave your team with a few simple steps:
Click on your team name located in the top left-hand corner
Next, under Team Settings, click on Manage Roster
Find your Player, click on the 3 dots next to the player's name, and select Leave Team
Once you leave the team, you will no longer receive emails associated with this team and be removed from the Player Roster.
