In today's day and age, it's easy to get overwhelmed with all the email communication you receive everyday. At FlipGive, we recognized that so we've made it easy for you to customize your email preferences so you can prioritize the updates that matter most to you!
To get started, access the 'Settings' menu on your account. Whether you're on the web version of FlipGive, or on the mobile app, this can be found through the menu in the top left corner.
This will take you to your 'Settings' page, where you should see 'Email Notifications' options just right along the bottom of the page.
Now what do these three options mean?
- Notify me if I receive a support on any of my teams: any time someone other then yourself shops/donates to you on one of your teams, you'll receive an email letting you know they contributed to your total.
- Notify me of new activity on any of my teams: any time one of your teammates posts a message on your 'Activity Feed', whether that be them earning funds, or tagging you in a post, you'll get an email about it. This also includes the weekly team updates you get about your team's earnings for each week.
- Marketing & Promotion Email Preferences: these are the weekly marketing emails from FlipGive, promoting bonus cash back events, new retailers added to the site, and other exclusive shopping offers!
Clicking the 'Marketing & Promotion Email Preferences' will take you to the page below:
From here, you can select which teams you would like to receive marketing emails from. Check and uncheck teams as needed, and make sure to click 'Save Changes'!
