This article will cover how you can make changes to what people see when they visit your team store. What does this cover? This covers changing the Team Name, Team Description, Fundraising Goal and Fundraising Deadline. If you are looking to edit anything related to team members, please refer here. Before we do anything, please ensure you are logged in 😀. 

To access the 'Edit Team' setting, simply click the 'Pencil' icon in the top right corner of your team page. This button is only available on desktop computers, laptops, and tablets.

If you are on the FlipGive mobile application, click your team name for a full list of all your teams. You will see an 'Edit Team'.

You will then be taken to the following page:

Changing the Team Name, Team Description, Fundraising Goal, or Set a Deadline

  1. Make changes to the desired fields.

  2. Click the 'Save Changes' button to confirm update.

Changing the Team Photo

Make sure that you are logged in as the Team Captain, and click on the orange 'Camera' icon in the top right corner of the stock image. 

  1. Click to select an image to upload, or drag an image into the box that appears.

  2. Make adjustments by zooming or cropping the image to the desired state.

  3. Click on 'Save' to confirm the changes.

Please Note: The recommended picture dimension is 800 by 600 pixels (4:3 aspect ratio).

Changing the Team Cause
