Before Getting Started

Please ensure you are at minimum on version 1.6.0 of the FlipGive app. To update to the latest version, you can click here. You must also have a credit card linked to your account. To learn how to link a credit card to your account, check out this article here.

To Start Earning

To learn more about finding participating merchants, please refer to this article here. Brands that have in-store offers will have an 'in-store' option available for you to select, along with the specific address of the PARTICIPATING/ELIGIBLE store location listed under the brand name. 

**It's important to note that not ALL locations are eligible to earn with FlipGive. Only ones listed on the FlipGive app, or the site are participating.

Once you have found a participating retailer, simply click the 'Shop In-Store' button to activate your shopping trip. You know you have successfully activated the offer if you see a confirmation screen registering your visit. You will have 48 hours to shop in-store and check out before the activation expires.

Once you have completed your purchase in-store, cash back should post for your order over the course of the week. If you notice any missing funds after this time, simply reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we will happily review your your purchase.

Q: How do I know if the offer I activated went through?

A: This is a great question! Please visit your My Activity page to review any and all visits made from your FlipGive team. Each offer your activate will be tracked here for all your purchases.
